1. | Why is the league champion not appearing on our Championship Plaque? Answer: The Plaque is designed to show the winner at the end of the season, so it will not automatically update until your next year league is generated, when this year's league is complete. If you wish to display this now you can manually define it on the Setup > History Setup > League Champions and Awards Setup.

2. | How do I enter my prior seasons so I can generate my League Champions and Records reports? Answer: To do this, start by setting up a league as you normally would. To set up league corresponding to one of the following seasons, click on a link below:
Once you've completed the basic league setup, you'll need to use do the following steps, in order:
- From the historic league, use the "For Commissioners > Setup > Adjust Scores and Standings > Franchise Score Adjuster" option to manually assign the correct scores for to the correct franchises for each week of the season.
- If your league is a head-to-head league, use the "For Commissioners > Setup > Fantasy Schedule Setup > Weekly Schedule Setup" option to re-create the fantasy schedule for that season.
- Use the "For Commissioners > Recalculate Standings" option, which should update your league standings report so it shows accurate standings.
- Then (and only then, after your historical season standings are correct), go to your current season league, and using the "For Commissioners > Setup > League History Setup > General League History Setup" page, and enter your historical league home page URLs.
- Wait up to 24 hours, and the system will automatically import your historical league results and franchises into your current season's records reports.

3. | I upgraded my league, but some of my historical data is missing or incomplete. What can I do to update these awards and reports? Answer: To update these you will want to re-generate your league records reports. Simply go to the Setup > General League History Setup page, and check the "Regenerate Records Reports?" checkboxes next to each seasons URL address that needs to be regenerated, and then within 24 hours, your league records reports will be updated accordingly. Between the time you start the regeneration process, and the time it's finished, you will temporarily lose those records reports, but they will all be restored within 24 hours.
Additionally, you will want to make sure that you have the franchises properly linked on the Setup > Link Historical Franchises page.

4. | I've recently made some changes to my historical leagues, but the records reports still show the old information (or it doesn't show any information at all) - how do I update the records reports to show the latest information? Answer: To re-generate league records reports to include the latest/greatest version of all league information from historical leagues you have on MyFantasyLeague.com, just go to the General League History Setup page, and check the "Regenerate Records Reports?" checkboxes next to each season that you'd like to have regenerated, and then within 24 hours, your league records reports will be updated accordingly.
Between the time you start the regeneration process, and the time it's finished, you will temporarily lose those records reports, but they will all be restored within 24 hours.

5. | How do I add the League Champions Plaque to my Home Page? Answer: To add this plaque to your home page you can go to the Setup > Home Page Modules & Tabs Setup screen. Here you will add the “Championship Plaque” module to your current available modules to have this displayed on the home page.

6. | When I click on "My Trophy Case" it doesn't show awards from past seasons - how can I fix this? Answer: If the Trophy Case is not showing all seasons for a given franchise, the commissioner needs to fill in the Link Historical Franchises page.

7. | How do I use the Franchise Records page? Answer: Use this report to quickly view both the highest and lowest franchise scores for your league.
Count - Leave the default "25" or change to any of the other available values to show that number of franchise records.
Year - Leave the default of "Any Year" or (if available for your league) specify a single year from your league's history. This requires that your previous seasons are setup as an old MFL league and that they are properly defined in the Reports > Rules > History report.
Highest/Lowest - Use this filter to instruct the report to display the highest or the lowest franchise scores for the league.
You MUST click on the Now! button after changing any of the filters in order to update the data within this report.

8. | How do I use the Link Historical Franchises page? Answer: If your league is a head-to-head league, and you've had prior seasons on the MyFantasyLeague.com site, this page will allow you to "map" or "link" a given franchise in one year to a given franchise in another year, effectively allowing you to populate data for your All-Time Series Records report.

9. | How do I use the All-Time Series Records page? Answer: All-Time Series Records are displayed for head-to-head leagues, and will display the record of any given franchise against all other franchises over the entire history of your league. Change the franchise drop-down at the top of the page to select a different franchise. If you've had prior seasons on the MyFantasyLeague.com site, you'll need to first do a Link Historical Franchises
to "map" franchises over each season you've been with us.

10. | How do I use the Matchup Records page? Answer: Use this report to quickly view both the highest and lowest combined scores for fantasy matchups, as well as the greatest and least point differential for fantasy matchups.
Count - Leave the default "25" or change to any of the other available values to show that number of matchup records.
Year - Leave the default of "Any Year" or (if available for your league) specify a single year from your league's history. This requires that your previous seasons are setup as an old MFL league and that they are properly defined in the Reports > Rules > History
report.
Biggest/Smallest - Use this filter to instruct the report to display the greatest or the least franchise scores for the league.
Sort - Accept the default "Point Total" to display the results ordered by combined score. Change to "Margin of Victory" to instead sort by either the greatest fantasy blowout or the closest fantasy matchups.
You MUST click on the Now! button after changing any of the filters in order to update the data within this report.

11. | How do I use the Player Records page? Answer: Use this report to quickly view both the highest and lowest fantasy players scores for your league.
Count - Leave the default "25" or change to any of the other available values to show that number of player records.
Year - Leave the default of "Any Year" or (if available for your league) specify a single year from your league's history. This requires that your previous seasons are setup as an old MFL league and that they are properly defined in the Reports > Rules > History
