The Player Drafted On Rosters Report has been modified to now keep track of all ways that a player is acquired and to provide more ways to easily manage this information. The first time you submit the Setup > Player Acquired Info Setup page the info will be transferred from the old format to the new format. However, only the manually entered values and the automatic drafts and auctions info will be transferred. New transactional information will be kept only from the point that this migration first occurs.
By default, the system will display the Round/Pick a player was drafted in a Draft Leagues and Auction and winning bid for Auction Leagues on the Reports > Rosters.
To display this column you will need to make sure the option "Show Player Acquired Info On Rosters Report" on the Setup > Player Acquired Setup is enabled.
Keeper/Dynasty League
If you are a Keeper/Dynasty league, when you transfer your rosters the previous years draft pick/auction value will appear in the Acquired Column. It will also display the (Year) the player is drafted if known next to the original Pick/Auction value.
If your league places keepers “in lieu of” draft picks then you have the option on the Setup > Player Acquired Setup to replace the original Draft Pick with the new replaced draft pick. This is done by checking the option

If you do not wish to have this information copied each season you can check the option:

Other Acquired Options
On the Setup > Acquired Player Info Setup screen you can also replace the values when a player is acquired via waivers/FCFS, Trades or when manually loaded by the commissioner. To enable these check the corresponding box next to the option.
Reset Automatic Player Acquired Info On:
- When player is drafted – This will display the new seasons Draft Pick and Round when a player is drafted.
- When player is kept in lieu of a draft pick - When a player is kept in lieu of a draft pick the current seasons draft pick in which the player is kept will override the original draft pick for that player.
- When player is won at auction – This will display that a player is won via Auction and the amount.
- When player is acquired via waivers – This will note when a player is added via Waivers to the roster.
- When player is acquired via FCFS add/drop – This will note when a player is added via FCFS to a roster.
- When player is acquired via trade – If enabled, when players are traded the previous value will be reset to (Trade) on the roster report.
- When the commissioner uses the Load Rosters function – When the commissioner uses the Setup > Load Rosters to add a player the status (Load) will be displayed on the roster report.
- When League is upgraded to a new season – When a league is upgraded to a new season the Acquired column will be reset.
Manually Editing Acquired Players
As always, you can manually edit the acquired players column. This can be done on the Setup > Edit Player Acquired Info. This page will display the Player, Original way they were acquired, Date acquired and keeper status.
The commissioner can then enter a value in the “Override” to apply this value to be displayed on the Rosters Report.
The date will be tracked on the Edit Player Acquired page as to when this field was last updated.
To clear the manual overrides go to the Setup > Edit Player Acquired Info and check the box at the bottom of the screen “Clear all manually entered values.” That will clear all above information. Otherwise they can be individually cleared as needed.
NOTE: This operation can not be undone!
