(thehuddle) Arizona Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins said Thursday, May 28, he expects his numbers to improve in the Cardinals' pass-happy offense. 'So myself, being a receiver, of course I see my stats going up. ... But I definitely see myself having one of my more productive seasons,' Hopkins said.

Analysis: Hopkins saw at least 150 targets each of the last five seasons as the No. 1 option for the Houston Texans. He totaled 504 receptions for 6,590 yards and 46 touchdowns in that time. The Cardinals pass-catching corps is more talented than the Texans' during Hopkins' tenure, and it will need to be seen whether he will still command the lion's share of the volume. He remains a WR1, but it will be tough for him to improve his numbers in Year 1 with Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk prominent figures in the passing game.
