(Rotoworld) John Wolford completed 18-of-29 passes for 275 yards and four touchdowns in the Arizona Hotshots' 38-22, Week 1 win over the Salt Lake Stallions on Sunday night.

Analysis: The AAF saved its most entertaining Week 1 clash for Sunday night, as the two sides had a back-and-forth first half before the Hotshots pulled away. Wolford went undrafted out of Wake Forest last year and spent the summer with the Jets before being cut to make room for Davis Webb. Wolford beat out Trevor Knight for the Hotshots' starting job and lit it up Sunday, hitting Rashad Ross for a pair of scores, while also rushing eight times for 23 yards, adding a pair of two-point conversions. Wolford was the best quarterback in Week 1 of the AAF.
